Jordan comes from both an Acting and Musical Theatre background, achieving a BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre, training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where he trained in all disciplines of Acting, Dance, Voice and Singing Studies, as well as prior training at East 15.
Jordan was an Equity Representative whilst at Drama School, and regularly attended workshops and meetings lead by Equity UK.
Before moving into Talent Management, Jordan had performed at the National Theatre, worked and starred alongside Broadway & West End stars, appeared in a UK premier of a Broadway show, and performed in multiple Off-West End and Regional Theatres, as well as toured across the UK.

Scott has spent the last 17 years working across IT, digital delivery, and business operations in London, supporting organisations across Entertainment, Healthcare, Finance, and E-commerce.
He specialises in digital transformation, operational strategy, delivery leadership, and helping creative and technical teams perform at their highest level. Throughout his career, Scott has worked with organisations including ITV, Channel 4, the BBC, NHS England, and several of the UK’s leading talent agencies.
Alongside his consultancy background, Scott is the co-founder of SiDonald Talent & Productions and co-founder of Backed by Humans, an AI and digital consultancy focused on helping businesses adopt practical AI systems and modern operational workflows.
More recently, Scott has been involved in the development and operational planning of independent film and games projects, including The Lock and The Sea’s Verdict, helping shape production systems, delivery processes, funding readiness, and digital infrastructure for emerging creative productions.
